 To make our products, we first have to find the finest ingredients. Our Soya Beans and Pumpkin Seeds are grown in Austria by local small scale organic farmers. We then gently air roast to give a delicate crunch. Our partners in Belgium supply the wonderful organic chocolate which is high enough in Cacao (cocoa solids) to give a rich full flavour but not too much to be bitter. Our Ginger is from the Fujian Province an upland mountain area of Southern China, with it’s unsploit land is ideal for growing the finest plants. The Limes are ripened under the Caribbean sun of The West Indies and of course being organic helping the growers avoid contact with artificial pesticides.
